In Loving Memory of Coach Pat Wilson
The Wilson Memorial Street Vault
Every year, vaulters from across the region gather to celebrate the life and legacy of Coach Pat Wilson — the coach who shaped generations of Wichita pole vaulters, including our own Coach Tyler Knight during his record-setting years at Wichita State.
Athletes are grouped according to their personal best heights, ensuring a competitive and fair experience for all participants — with music all day and a community atmosphere Pat would have loved.
