When you contact us.Our contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message.

When you register for an event.Our registration form collects the athlete's name, age, gender, school, and personal best, along with a parent or guardian's name, email address, and phone number, plus shirt size, pole rental needs, and preferred payment method.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged separately by Venmo, check or cash at the event, or an invoice sent to you.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, register athletes for events and lessons, arrange pole rental and shirts, collect payment, and send you information about the event you registered for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Many of our athletes are under 18. Registration is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian, and the contact details we collect are the parent or guardian's. We collect only what we need to run the event safely — the athlete's name, age, school, and performance details — and we do not use any of it for advertising. If you believe a child has provided us information without a parent's involvement, contact us and we will delete it.

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not track you across other websites.

It records the page visited, the site you arrived from, your approximate location (country or city level, derived from your IP address), and your browser and device type. Visits are counted using a temporary identifier that is not stored on your device. We only ever see aggregated totals, and this information is not used to identify you. We do not use advertising or social media tracking pixels on this website.

This website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical information your browser sends when it requests a page, including your IP address, and keeps short-lived logs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend.

We keep enquiries and registrations for as long as needed to respond to you, run the event, and maintain our records, after which they are deleted.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it.

If we add or change a service that handles visitor information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
