Entry Fee
$45 — T-shirt included with registration submitted prior to June 5 @ 12PM.
When
Saturday, June 13th, 2026 beginning at 10AM for Group 1.
Where
13819 SW 134th St, Rose Hill, KS 67133.
Groups
Split by height with boys and girls run together. Tentatively — Group 1: under 10', Group 2: 10'–14', Group 3: 14'+.
Pole Rentals
Our full inventory of poles will be available for use. If our poles are needed it is a flat fee of $50/athlete with access to anything we have. A pole waiver MUST be signed, and the athlete will be given a wristband so we know who has a waiver on file.
Waiver
All participants must bring a signed WVA Waiver and Release of Liability on the day of competition — download it below.
Food & Facilities
Food, drinks, and bathrooms on site. Burgers, hot dogs, Gatorade, water, and more for sale, plus porta potties on site.
Parking
Parking will be on our property. Please DO NOT park on the road — this is a residential area and we want to respect our neighbors and their property. If there is any question about where our property begins or ends, please ask.
Week-of Communication
We will send out a map and all additional instructions needed the week of the vault.
Print, sign, and bring it with you on competition day.
